Yes, members can pause their membership for up to 60 days per year. Medical freezes are available with a doctor's certificate. Contact us for more details.

While many members achieve great results on their own, a personal trainer can fast-track your progress with customized programming, proper form guidance, and accountability. We recommend at least a few sessions to get started on the right track.

You can book personal training sessions through our mobile app, at the front desk, or by contacting our team directly. Premium and Elite members receive a set number of sessions included in their plan.

Please inform our staff and your trainer about any medical conditions or injuries before starting. Our trainers can modify exercises and design a safe, effective program tailored to your needs. A doctor's clearance may be required.

We offer a wide variety of classes including Zumba, Yoga, HIIT, CrossFit, Pilates, Spin, Strength Circuit, and Boxing. Check our schedule on the mobile app or at the front desk for timings and availability.

We recommend booking popular classes in advance through our app to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Premium and Elite members get priority booking privileges.

We are open Monday to Friday from 5 AM to 11 PM, Saturday from 6 AM to 10 PM, and Sunday from 7 AM to 8 PM. Our staff is available during all operating hours to assist you.

Yes! We have spacious locker rooms with showers, changing areas, and digital lockers. Elite members enjoy premium locker and towel service. Day-use lockers are free for all members.

Yes, we offer complimentary parking for all members and guests. Our parking lot is secure and well-lit, with dedicated spots for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

For safety reasons, children under 16 are not permitted on the gym floor. We do not currently offer childcare services, but we are exploring this for the future. Check with your local branch for any updates.

Bring comfortable workout clothes, training shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please bring any relevant documentation. We'll provide everything else you need!
